Syvecs WMI – Water/Methanol Injection Controller
The Syvecs WMI Controller is a compact and highly capable solution for managing water/methanol injection systems with exceptional precision and safety.
It integrates easily with OEM or aftermarket ECUs via CAN, requiring only two wires to receive essential engine data. The unit supports additional sensors such as level, pressure, and flow for enhanced system protection.
Key features include four 0–5V analog inputs, four PWM/Hall inputs for RPM or flow sensors, dual CAN 2.0B communication, and four high-current half-bridge outputs (15A peak / 8A continuous) with built-in current monitoring.
Advanced safety strategies, output diagnostics, and limp-mode protection ensure reliable operation even under fault conditions.
The controller supports live map switching, output sharing for higher load applications, and full configuration through Syvecs SCAL software.
Housed in a durable IP67-rated enclosure, it operates from 6–26V and withstands temperatures from -40°C to +125°C.
Compact size: 88 × 89 × 40 mm with a 34-pin Superseal connector.
